SUBJECT: Landscape and Irrigation System Considerations
You are invited to attend a “town hall meeting” at 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 14, 2010 in the CasaBlanca Clubhouse.
The Board of Directors established a Water Conservation Plan last year to address the rising cost of water and the need for water conservation.
Phase I of the Plan was the installation of low-flow toilets to reduce domestic water use and costs.
Phase II of the Plan, designed to reduce irrigation and landscaping costs, includes a “drip” irrigation system, the reduction of turf/grass, and low-maintenance landscaping.
The purpose of the July 14th meeting:
Share information on the impact of Phase I
Provide information on considerations to implement Phase II
Request input/comments from homeowners
