The proposed CC&R Amendment regarding rental restrictions, in order to protect Homeowners' ability to access FHA loans and re-financing, had a voting deadline of 16 November 2011.  As of that date, 231 ballots (of a possible 500) were received.  Since CC&R amendments require, by law, that 75% or 375 owners approve the amendment, the amendment fails.
