Proposed Fines Policy on Non-Compliance with the Toilet Replacement Project
At least three surveys were sent, plus two phone calls, to those not responding by the extended deadlines. Some homeowners did not respond, and others signed up for a toilet replacement, but were not present on their scheduled day for installation.
Water is a common expense directly affected by the homeowners use of their units. Non-compliance in the "The Toilet Replacement Project" causes unnecessary costs to the Association as a whole. The unnecessary water cost per unit, plus additional and unnecessary administrative expenses, amount to $30/unit/month.
This amount will be imposed as a fine on each non-compliant homeowner until it is confirmed by the Casablanca Property Manager or a Board Member that two 1.6 gpf low-flow toilets have been installed.
