The landscape project has been underway for months now.  For a map showing the phases, click HERE.  (It will open in your browser.)   To save the file to your computer, right-click on the link, and select the appropriate 'save' option (depends on the browser you use).

 

Note:  There have been some minor delays, but the project is progressing fairly smoothly.  One unforeseen problem is the emergence of Palm seedlings.  Prepping the soil for the new plants has made it very fertile for buried Palm seeds, and they have been emerging prodigiously in the first three phases.  Spraying is the only way to kill them.

     To combat the Palm seedlings without killing the new plants, the remaining phases will have a six to eight week delay between laying the netafim (the brown 'hose' you see on the ground), and placing the new plants.  This will allow time for the Palm seedlings to sprout, and then be sprayed and killed.  Be doing it this way, we can kill the Palm seedlings without also killing some of the new plants.  Please be patient as this occurs.

     Any schedule is subject to unforeseen delays.  Please be patient as our professional landscapers complete their tasks.  No area of our complex is going to be 'forgotten'.
