Our big projects for 2009 are to develop a "Living Landscape" that reduces water use, removes the need for noisy trimming of shrubs and will be sustainable in times of drought. The new landscaping will be as colorful as the former plan, but cheaper to maintain. See our consultant's website for more information.
Our second big project is the installation of low-flow toilets, with the goal of reducing our water costs. This program should begin the summer of 2009.
