PCOA Rules & Regulations, A-14:
Holiday decorations, which include lights, are allowed for National (USA) holidays and religious holidays under the following conditions: Decorations must be in good taste and appropriate for the holiday. Decorations must be on exclusive use property (such as patios/balconies, doors & windows) and not on common areas (such as entry deck railing and landscaped areas). Decorations may be displayed one week prior to and one week after any given holiday, with the exception of Christmas. Decorations for Christmas may be displayed from Thanksgiving Day until January 10'th.

PCOA Rules & Regulations A-6:
Only conventional patio furniture and potted plants are permitted on patios and balconies (but not on the railings). Nothing is allowed on entry decks and/or walkways. (Note: BBQ grills are also allowed on patios/balconies.)

The proposed CC&R Amendment regarding rental restrictions, in order to protect Homeowners' ability to access FHA loans and re-financing, had a voting deadline of 16 November 2011. As of that date, 231 ballots (of a possible 500) were received. Since CC&R amendments require, by law, that 75% or 375 owners approve the amendment, the amendment fails.
